Production Metal Stamping
At the core of our business is high-volume, precision stamping. We handle various stamping processes to meet diverse needs.
Stamping Technologies: We specialize in Progressive, Transfer, and Deep Draw stamping.
Press Capabilities: Our stamping presses range from 20 to 1,000 tons, with bed sizes up to 144”. This includes high-speed capabilities from 100-600 SPM.
Materials: We can expertly mold any piece from dies using aluminum, steel, or other types of metal.

Our CNC machining services support both high-volume production and specialized component creation.
Production Machining: Dedicated CNC centers for ongoing production requirements.
CNC/EDM Machining: Ideal for replacement components, small-batch production, and creating high-precision fixturing components.

We provide complete production fabrication and assembly solutions to deliver finished products.
Assembly: We offer both automated and manual assembly lines, complete with automated inspection and packaging solutions.
Production Welding: Our capabilities include Robotic MIG and Resistance Spot Welding for high-strength, repeatable results.

Tool, Die & Fixture Services
Tool, Die & Fixture Services A fully equipped tool room is the backbone of our quality and efficiency.
Tool & Die: We design, build, and maintain production stamping tooling for progressive, transfer, and hand-fed line dies. Our team is devoted to die maintenance and continuous engineering improvements.
Prototype Development: We can assist in early-stage product development and prototyping.
Gage and Fixture Design & Build: We create custom inspection gages, CNC fixtures, and weld fixtures to ensure process integrity.
